Eats, Shoots & Roots

Using ecological design and permaculture principles, the crux of our work is based on the 3 tenets of Earth-Caring, People-Caring, and Surplus-Sharing. We work with communities, schools, businesses and institutions to develop sustainable agriculture, as well as resource and waste management systems, whilst encouraging social and ecological diversity and resilience. We also deliver sustainability education as per request and offer design, implementation and support of community gardens.
