La Fontaine aux bretons

Farm - Hostel - Restaurant - Bar - Business meeting place with 26 workers. A first design of the site has been made in February, 2019 and now a slow transition has begun towards a permacultural state of mind among the workers. We produce vines, fruits, vegetables, honey, eggs and meat for the restaurant. The aim is to produce enough to satisfy a 50 persons consumption. In the same time, we organize events in order to share what we learn and create a local transition network. cf. Summary
