La Pâture es Chênes

Forest garden project in a 1 acre rural land in Brittany. Carrying about nature and the environment, we implanted a natural garden in our property " La Pâture es Chênes " in Brittany in 2011. Towards a forest garden This garden is designed with minimal effort, little work of the soil, without fertilizer, without treatment. We gradually bring the trees, flowers, aromatics and vegetables to guarantee biodiversity and its evolution towards a forest garden. We are inspired by new concepts such as permaculture, agroecology, the natural agriculture (Masanobu Fukuoka), the "Jardinage sol-vivent" (gardening alive ground - Gilles Domenech), the natural gardening (Jean-Marie Lespinasse), or the new gardening (Dominique Soltner), etc.Not just a natural gardenNot only this garden will feed our family. We gradually wish to propose the surplus of our harvest (direct sale) and organise cultural, tourist and educational actions.
